2. Eligibility Criteria & Conditions To qualify for a valid return or exchange:

Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original state.

Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, tags, and labels must remain intact.

Hygiene Protection (Cosmetics & Skincare): Due to health and hygiene standards, products with broken protective seals, opened packaging, or signs of use (e.g., CeraVe, skincare, or cosmetic items) cannot be returned or refunded.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start the return process, contact our support team before dispatching any parcel:
Please provide your Order Number, receipt, and the reason for return/exchange along with photos/videos showing the condition of the item.
4. Inspection & Refund Process

Inspection: Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse (P-133, Al-Kareem Market, Street No. 7, Anarkali, Bhawana Bazar, Faisalabad), our quality team will inspect it against our policy conditions.

Processing Time: Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Payment Methods: Refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

Shipping Fees: Original delivery charges are non-refundable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return courier shipping costs (flat rate Rs. 300).
